My diet consists of:
8am: Fruit (1 apple, 1 glass of orange juice and 4 slices of watermelon)
12am: meat and eggs, I prefer ossobuco or filet mignon. varies from 300g and 3 to 4 eggs, depending on how hungry you are.
4pm or 6pm I eat more fruit, usually apples or just watermelon. Sometimes I eat avocado but I don't like it very much.
20 or 21h repeat meat and eggs (Sometimes I eat chicken and broccoli more and rarely, I always prefer meat with eggs)
fat percentage is at 13% the last time I measured it but I've always been an ectomorph. But I feel that I built muscles faster and more solid.
I'm feeling great and much more energetic, maybe it was my routine before (I didn't get much sun, I just trained and stayed on the computer). I started getting more sun too and it improved my mood a lot.
