Snort has had "OnlyZaps" since nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 joined Nostr. This was implemented to help reduce load when servers were on fire.
