ZEUSPay is designed to allow people to accept zaps self-custodially even if they are not online all the time. The payment is in transit until they manually redeem the funds in their ZEUS wallet. It can be held up to 24 hours or returned to the sender if not redeemed.

The user gets a notification when the payment comes in, but they need to open their wallet to accept it and finalize it
