Depending on your morgage however no fu chance not even close you‘ll be wrecked and lose significant purchasing power in btc terms. I learned my lesson the hard way in 2017 and 2021.

Yes I still own physical real estate that i am getting rid of. Going out of real esrate business is a long process, especially when you want it tax free.
