Your stories don't always translate well from Portuguese. I suspect that it's because your writing style is informal. Sometimes the genders used gets a little confusing but 95% comes across to English.

I enjoy reading them when I have the time. Don't get too caught up with what other people might think. Keep expressing what you feel you want to express - nobody is forced to read your words. I'm sure that the right people will get what they need from them.
