I do it with credit cards or Bitcoin. That's actually why I first bought Bitcoin. Wanted to transfer my stimmy check to Germany.

that is all they're doing, but they take on the tax and reporting headache.

I used to use Interactive Brokers which was a site for traders (they would just let you buy at market price (no spread) and you could wire the euros into your account.) But they warned me like 5 times you couldn’t use the account just for that and finally shut me down.
