I gave massage to like ten people in last few hours, including solists. I'm spent, but glad to help.

The bad energy I took of them is almost touchable, hopefully more heavy metal and a nice bath will take that off.

Also for diet, I'm fasting whole today except one "sugar free" Monster.

Will fast through tomorrow probably too, the stress from the play will definitely help me through the evening.
