I think the problem is if they have 100s of thousands of followers on x
Making mad money with YouTube and shit like that…. It’s hard to convince anyone to drop all their followers and miss out on on the fiat from YouTube and x
…like yea come over to Nostr with your 25 followers lol
They gotta stay where the money is
And their audience

I address this in the second half of my intro podcast about only hosting my contento on Nostr.. For those Who can see the problem with walled gardens now there is an alternative to the fiat platforms the short term cost or loss is worth It for some. Of course there is friction in change, but it's nothing compared to having no alternative, which was the situation I was in back in the day with thousands of followers on the legacy platforms.
