Yes! It can be intimidating if you don't know it at first, but it's pretty easy
I didn’t see a request for dutch translations I think. Only German (comes close to dutch in a way)
If you are ready to do it you can create a new discussion here in translation section. Name it: Dutch
So in this discussion you can share your progress on the translation, if there are other translators they know where to work next.
