But

You know how some exchanges have a 24hr option when sending bitcoin out from the exchange and it’s a 0 sat fee?

How does that work in a ridiculously high fee environment? They just eating those costs?

Last time fees hit 600/vB many of them stopped doing withdrawals

Also prompted binance to adopt lightning
