I feel it too at times but I urge you not to despair too long.

Since all you can control is you, maybe try to exude genuine care to everyone you encounter as best you can. Expect nothing in return.

Seems counter-intuitive but it’s the only way to find others like yourself.

And if you never do, at least you lived the life you intended.
