Yeah he says so, but he wants to switch the country to the USD Standard... Argentina is so poor that it's a no-brainer to switch directly to a centralized Bitcoin solution instead of a USD shitcoin. With Bitcoin the country could only win, but because he is a WEF puppet he must serve his bosses first...

Honestly you can vote nowadays for nobody all are in a way corrupt and have connection to WEF or Epstein gang. They are a big Club and we are not invited. We are the slaves on the farm. Nothing more. The only power that we have is financially in a collectilve and love much much love for each other worldwide.
