I think this is quite opposite. Eventually you’d grow disgusted at the Fiat system and Bitcoin will silently make you addicted. At least this is what happened to me the last couple of years.

I like how you see it from that angle.
But while building the Bitcoin addiction, you realize how perverted the old system is and how the incentives work, to keep people stick to it… (salary, dependencies, …etc)
In that sense I would rather say you’re forced to use the fiat system, since there haven’t been an alternative and still isn’t in many areas. I still cannot get paid in bitcoin nor can I pay my bills or groceries in bitcoin.
So I am forced to use the fiat system still. However, all Bitcoin need is time.
