Get this! I was still seeing something eat lettuce at night, so I set up a camera and just now see the culprit is a little mouse. I tripled up my mesh cover and looks like he wasn't able to nibble through this time.

Funny you should mention. There's a neighborhood cat that stalks the birds at my feeder often. He recently had his leg injured and is wearing a cast. Could explain the increased theft last few days 🤔

Mavis (the cat) is well taken care of by other neighbors. Owned by some crazy cat lady with half a dozen neglected cats, I'm told. It was them who took her to the vet to get fixed up (owner had no interest!). But yeah, should encourage her return

I don’t know what’s going on with the other convo.
She was still in a giant leg cast last time we saw her. Been a couple weeks since, but likely still in cast since I believe she was supposed to have it for 12 weeks. A different cat sometimes comes around now. Hopeful for mavis' return soon.
