I don't know, Musk was on YouTube telling everyone to login to this address and donate Bitcoin for the Starship Launch if this was a scam, here's a great example of a well designed scam. You run a deep fake campaign on YouTube, everyone donates, than everyone finds out it was a scam. Bitcoin should have oversight over these scams taking into account the new developments in AI.

It obviously wasn’t him. People need to develop better bullshit detectors. Why would someone like him ever need your bitcoin for anything? What “oversight” from bitcoin (not a company) are you expecting? This is a YouTube problem.

Glad you got to the bottom of this, such as I did. YouTube is the culprit.
