I really need to start hitting the gym to lose weight and build some muscle at some point. But I don't understand how people have the energy to do that after work. Like, I come home, eat, collapse into bed and by the time I get up any gym is closed :blobfoxsweating:

Maybe better sleep and nutrition? Plus you'll adapt to it
