When I’m having a shitty day I occupy my mind with thoughts of my loved ones. I think about how much I want to see them and enjoy life with them again.
A bad day is just a single moment in time, don’t let that destroy everything you’ve built.
How do you know you have loved ones? Who is a loved one if not wife and kids?
