Just watched the video. Really interesting. I don't understand anything about how this might work or how people figured these things out, but I know that there are many things I can't explain and yet they still work. So I just trust in it and therefore I am very excited for 2026... 😄🙌

Fair confusion.
Think of it is as keeping 1-2 months worth of stuff in your home as opposed to week to week, which is what a lot of people do, as they do a supermarket run per week.
Just some backup stuff is also a good start. Application of better judgement is important.
Would you say that this is a good prep for 2026? I thought that just knowing that 2026 might bring some changes would make you prepped.
Not really sure how I would prep otherwise. For me, apperently everything tells me that I can get healthy again, that I travel a lot and that I don't get effected to much by the world around me. If you trust the signs. So not sure what to prep for.
