Today’s TSP Item of the day is the book, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. I am not a big bread guy but I know many of you guys are.

If you are going to eat bread, honestly the best course of action is to make it yourself and this book makes that easy.

Bought a second hand breadmaker 11 years ago for $30. Its a "TODO", made in China. I use it at least once a week, and make up my own recipes.

Literally, my best (non-living) investment ever!
