In case Kaiji-san is interested in making, this video is similar to what my mom made...
But since it uses a lot of fresh spices and spice powders (and pressure cooker) which may be difficult and expensive to get in Japan, I would not recommend Kaiji-san try it.
But you can watch and understand Indian cooking techniques 😅
In Japan, we often eat biryani at Indian/Nepalese restaurants rather than making it, but it seems like it would be really fun to make your own biryani by choosing your favorite spices.
