Last month I was house sitting this 5000sq. Ft. home overlooking to bay...

Looked it up it was purchased for 2mil 20ish years ago worth 7mil today.

A girlfriend realtor visited me making a comment "they made a good investment".

In response I said "kinda makes you wish you were a baby boomer and got yourself a home 20 years ago".

Then she continued elaborating on how you can barely get any decent size or well located home for that anywhere in this area right now.

Owner of the home & their family will be making these same comments in a few years:

- "they made a good investment".

- "kinda makes you wish you were paying attention and bought some bitcoin".

-They elaborate on how their house barely can get any decent chunk of sats anymore.

Those that are paying early attention, are getting in today. But in a few years itll be more shocking for these homeowners.
