Yesterday I deleted my telegram FOSS app. After installing again I'm unable to register my phone nr. again. Even with the original app I'm unable to register. I can't get the verification code, the app tells my to look on my other device in telegram for the code. But I have no other device running telegram on it.
What can I do? Any recommendations?

IME there is no fix for this, you need a new number. Telegram is more than a bit twitchy about crooks reviving other people's dead accounts as zombies for some reason.
Next time you need to migrate a Telegram account, open Telegram on another device, even just a web browser. Then you can use that device to receive codes for your new device.
And if you delete an account, make sure you mean it because Telegram management is very afraid of zombies...
Nothing you can do I know of. If you have set the "Delete account" option to "If away for" 1 month (default is I think 1 year), you would be able to register with the same number on the original app after a month. Not in the F-Droid (FOSS) app tough. For immediate access you need another phone number.
