It's akin to the difference between grass fed and corn fed beef. One can taste the difference, and the difference has to be taken into account when preparing the meat.

i just had a "red angus rib eye" tonight and it tasted only slightly better than the veal, so i don't think it was really beef, i think it was red angus NOVILHO

i fuckin hate europe so much, after that barely 3.5 star meal down the road i'm like, there is no food here, i need to go to a country where they don't slaughter baby cows
