-From Salvador, a country under "state of emergency" this looks like the end of decades of war.
MS13 Mara Salvatrucha and Barrio 18 were a +60k members death cult army sucking the life of El Salvador and controlling a big part of its territory and economy.
They're criminals of war and should be glad they're not executed.

The views you're referring to belong to the citizens of El Salvador. They're happy the war killings stopped, they don't care about pandilleros being treated like that.
