There's no time limit. Yes, you could still log back to your nsec as long as you still have it.

Account deletion is basically just putting `deleted: true` in your metadata. When your nostr client detected it, The client refuse to continue any further (r: Apple ToS).

You could use my tool to remove that metadata: https://yonle.github.io/undelete-my-nostr

good to know, thx for the info, so basically nsec/npub is yours :

There’s no such thing as deletion

The nsec/npub pair is always good

“Deleting” is implemented by some clients (as I understand it) in a manner where profile details are wiped to indicate the delete action, but nothing much else changes

remove concept called "ACCOUNT" in you mind first - nothing called an account or password in nostr

npub(read-only)-nsec(read+write) can ALWAYS ANYTIME be use to sign with any app except the relay admin BLACKLISTED a particular npub

hence there is no limit or dormant on any sort. only FILTER at relay servers for bad / spamming npubs

oh sometime a particular app or portal can CACHE - a npub's METADATA - so DELETE may mean just to remove that at browser/app/server
