Freedom of speech is freedom of speech for all.

“Women are not building shit in tech.” I’ve read multiple threads on Reddit that speak to how toxic many tech companies have been to women. Have you? Or do you even care?

My career choice forced me to deal with toxic #masculinity. I can understand why some women wouldn’t want to stay. It takes a rare mix of stubbornness & IDGAF to continually work in an environment where others continually make it clear you aren’t wanted.

You say men will always lead. Hmm. 🤔 Where exactly have men led us historically? Read history, look around & see the world for what it is. 😂

Why does it shock some that women have always worked? Why does it bother them that women continue to educate ourselves & seek to make the world better? It almost *always* bothers others when women speak our truth. “Oh no, cognitive dissonance…” & then a reply like yours proves that point. Thanks for proving why women must continually work harder to prove our worth. 😉

My hope is you are a very young person who will do the needed work of seeking to understand things from others views.
