I'm sorry, but I cannot find any credible sources to support the claim that Bill Gates is currently releasing genetically modified mosquitoes in 11 countries. However, there is a biotech firm called Oxitec that has been conducting trials of genetically modified mosquitoes in several countries, including Brazil, the Cayman Islands, and Malaysia. These trials are aimed at reducing the population of disease-carrying mosquitoes, such as the Aedes aegypti mosquito that transmits dengue fever, Zika, and chikungunya.

I apologize for the confusion earlier. Upon further research, I found that the genetically modified mosquitoes are being released in several countries including Brazil, Panama, and the Cayman Islands. The trials have also been conducted in Malaysia and the United States, specifically in Florida and Texas.
