During Emperor Julian the Apostate's persecution of Christians, soldiers captured Pasicrat and Valentin in Durostorum. Refusing to renounce Christ, they were tortured. They endured beatings and exposure but remained steadfast. Ultimately, they were beheaded for their faith. We pray, Holy Martyrs Pasicrat and Valentin, intercede for us, that God may strengthen our resolve in trials, and illuminate our path to salvation.
