they'll broadcast your npub out to a bunch of relays too. that is what you want, the more connections the better. is my understanding, but I'm not a #dev
you can also download a backup there too. I'm not affiliated, just a fan.

They're pulling data and looking at the most popular relays. you can tap or click and copy the address, then paste and add to whatever app you're using. it also broadcasts your npub out.
and offers you the .js file to download a back up of your profile. maybe a #dev can weigh in, I don't remember who it was that pointed me to it...
