Thinking about it, he probably meant to say "technology built around bitcoin-blockchain". He does accept bitcoin donations for his campaign.

It was a strange day. It began with #ripnostr, very little engagement post-prague, somehow, then the Apple news and all hell broke lose. Now we hear Kennedy saying Nostr in an interview.
