Should be very accessible. Someone could always use someone else’s wifi first, bridges can be used to access also. torproject.org has lots of information.
I cannot use it. But it might be my problem. As I 'm so iliterate in tech things.
I have had Orbot in my phone and updated it with great difficulty. But every time I open and start it it crashes. Or it shows zero traffic.
I would not suggest using from a phone. Tails is a TOR browser for a computer. That is what I would use.
If your very concerned prior to this you could look into TOR bridges, or hijack and ride on someone else’s wifi, then connect using Tails on TOR.
The most security minded people in the world use TOR.
I would not mix a VPN with TOR.
