Anyone have recommendations on a privacy conscious baby monitor?
Newborn on the way and I would like to not have my child’s face in someone else’s database before the age of 1 month.
Not internet connected and encryped on device.

You don't need one. Amazingly billions of kids are raised without one.
Use an old laptop or phone and live stream the kid if you feel you must have one. There are plenty of secure e2e self-hosted soltuons for this.
Also congrats.
Why do you need one? The thought of the baby sleeping in a separate room is crazy to me.
