Are there any other people like me who are worried about taking hot baths? I'm sick because I want to take hot baths twice a day. Now that the weather is getting colder, I can easily get cold and end up getting sick.

You don’t get sick from the changing temperatures, you are still because you’ve been exposed to a virus. The idea that you need to “bundle up or you’ll catch a cold” is not how it works. Old wisetale.
