Same here, a couple days ago.

This one is a sanitized, algorithm-based, woke-compliant show that so far has none of the things that made Vikings great.

I watch it because I've been traveling and out of more interesting things to watch.

I know you mean the breakaway series on Netflix, but I always crash after four seasons of any series becomes boring to keep watching

Is it gruesome ? Most of the Iceland historical drama series has me closing my eyes the whole time.

Hmm not much fighting so far but not really.

Yes the Nordic shows tend to be more violent but I like it. War is violent and in those days the prospect of death was never far away. I imagine life was experienced deeper because you never know when your day comes.
