Some people never understand how Monero blockchain works it's just a matter of tradeoffs. Between have a transparent blockchain that can be audited or a private one that can't Monero bets that the second option is best for everyone

People always say that the Monero blockchain cannot be audited, but the software can indeed audit the chain. I don't personally know anybody who has ever gone through Bitcoin transaction by transaction to make sure that it all matches either. They depend on the software to do that. So if you can depend on the Bitcoin software to audit the Bitcoin blockchain, then you can depend on the Monero software to audit the Monero blockchain.
