I think someone said is that satoshi nakamoto means Central Intelligence in Japanese.

No idea how true that is.

I don't believe that's true. The "Samsung Toshiba Nakamichi Motorola" one holds more weight and even that is nonsense.

The NSA was/is definitely involved in cryptography but there's not much more of a link than that in your link.
