Loosely scrambled eggs, with sweet onion and oregano, pan fried potatoes with rosemary, 4 day old natural sourdough dough pan fried into cakes, broccoli sprouts and cottage cheese.

everything grown here but the wheat, which was grown, harvested, and ground an hour away.

oh and the cheese. didn’t grow the cheese. just bought it 🤷
