People will go to great lengths to use GrapheneOS but then still use Google services. Make it make sense.

So true, and that tyoe of thinking wont help us push the needle forward. I reluctantly have 1 corporate app (banking bullshit) i have to have in my sandbox so that i can use aelle to buy btc. Would never do goog serv though even in the box. FOSS all the way
Simple. They want to stop #exploits from people who are not #Google.
And that's better than using Google and NOT using #GrapheneOS.
I've abandoned Google myself, but I understand the logic. Most of them are just part way through their journey to ditch big tech. I want to help them, and encourage them to keep going. 🫂
