very interesting.. ..big if true!

i'm not competent to evaluate, but seems a lot more parsimonious than any other explanation i've heard. any idea why it's not caught on? general failure of Science to actually be science any more.. ..or something more specific?

It is getting traction as more experiments are duplicated and results consistent. It is a testable hypothesis. Science process is sometimes lugubrious.
