Zeus <--> Phoenix worked for me. Android.
Mutiny <--> Zeus was a little buggier, but I still got some payments through. Also Android.

The fact that self-custodial Lightning wallets must be open as your main mobile application in order to be online and send/receive payments makes it very difficult to send between two of your own wallets!
I think Phoenix partially solved this, where the incoming payment will register and send a push notification so you can return to the app and receive it. But I’m sure this comes with some tradeoff, either in privacy or self-custody…
But anyway this would be really cool if someone with far more knowledge than me were able to solve.
