Build a Relay Store.
Relays must have a way to advertise what they offer. Allow users the ability to compare and select ones they like, provide reviews...etc.

Bonus points if that is embedded in the nostr experience. meaning you buy/subscribe and you are done (Similar to how the Apple Subscription page works). Gets added to your profile life is nice and easy.
