I love garlic but I struggle making garlic mash. How do you incorporate the garlic without a bunch of minced garlic chunks? Ruins the texture imo.

-Get couple scoops of butter
-Cook garlic in it i used 7 pieces but up to you
-Add flour equal to butter cook for few minutes to get raw dough flavor out of it
-Add milk until you have garlic bechamel
Blend with handmixer add that to your mashed and fold it in
