There is an APK for telegram so banning the app is useless. You can simply get the APK

Basically I think it’s all the assets you need to run it. You don’t need the app from the store. You can Google how to do it. Tell all your friends

não é isso, eles proibiram os brasileiros de acessarem, e não de baixar o aplicativo, mas é só usar VPN
