Day 7 of #FrogWalk done 🐸

It’s been an absolutely amazing week. Haven’t felt physically this good in a long long time. My knee pain seems to have gone away and my walking tempo has increased quite a bit 💜

Having a dog to go on walks with makes it an absolute joy to just wander around and discover new parks and streets around me 🐶
