As a general rule eau de parfum will have a higher concentration than eau de toillete.
Hence last longer. Also cheap often means it doesn't last very long as a scent on you (generally speaking).
Encre noir is an amazing price for what it is.
I would safely recommend black pepper tho. There's also the comme de garcon store in central to try all their range. They have some amazing stuff at a fair price (probably find cheaper prices online tho)
