This only means there are sovereigns, corporations and individuals who want to desperately buy US debt ! ..Isn't that a good thing ? In other words USD (tokens) have a market cap of 36 Trillions. Compare that to 1 Trillion in Bitcoin or say 10 Trillion in Gold .. The only concerning thing is Fed is now offering hefty notional interest on this debt to attract buyers --> if the interest rates are brought back to near zero then it shows people around the world are buying into security of USD without any strings attached .... It also means it's not the Fed that determines the interest rate - It is actually the buyers of debt that ask for certain coupon return above their investment - just like btc or Gold investors expect a return on their investment ..
