Tried to recover an old (empty) wallet #coinbase today...

After three different validations (email code, email link, phone number), one agreement, and filling in all my data into a form... Submit failed and now I'm locked out for 24 hours.

Meanwhile, yesterday... 2:04 AM I installed Primal... 2:07 I had my wallet set... Today in the morning got my first Zap.

When do people will understand that friction (or the lack thereof) is the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT to consider when dealing with end-users???
