I believe the label said grass fed. Anyway, there was a displeasing musty taste to it. I wanted to like it but I couldn’t get past the mustiness. Any idea what that taste was?
Discussion
Hmm, not sure about that. Could be a number of things.
The whole “grass fed” marketing is pretty deceptive, that’s why I either say “100% grass fed” or “regular” so there’s no confusion if the cows are eating grains and corn in their diets or not.
I would say it might be from the cows diet that you got that off putting taste? Or you might not like the taste of ghee?
I don’t publicly advertise this but maybe I should - if you buy my ghee and something is noticeably wrong with the taste or anything else with the product, I’ll issue a full refund no questions asked. Trust goes both ways on nostr 🫡
