Technically, no one can sell #marijuana in Washington, #DC outside of the regulated dispensary system. But you can give it away! As a result, customers pretend to buy exorbitantly priced stickers, cards, etc., and shops throw in free marijuana “gifts.” It’s a surprisingly unburdened market, so naturally politicians are constantly trying to ruin it.
