Samsung has partnered with the Israeli occupation tech firm IronSource to integrate surveillance software called AppCloud into its A and M series smartphones, SMEX @smexorg revealed in a recent investigation.

This collaboration targets users across West Asia and North Africa.

▪️The software collects sensitive data without user consent, and although it is difficult to remove, Samsung has not disclosed the full extent of its capabilities, leaving users unaware of what data is being collected, for whom it is being collected, or how it is being used.
